they refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. The training session handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. Nothing to improve from our side. Our team actually likes using it.

I dont believe in SEO as a rule, I think most of it is smoke. I still don't love the industry. But these folks showed me the pages that moved, the searches behind them and the calls that came in from tohse pages, and I could trace it myself. That's more than I can say for anyone else I've hired.

the monthly call is thirty minutes w/ an agenda sent the day before and actions circulated after. Our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. the campaign strategy document has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. We HAVE expanded the contract. Genuinely a partner.
