Would onboard with them again tomorrow

they refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justiify it. They have added features in response to our requests twice and told us no, with a reason, three times. The implementation consultant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. Woule onboard with them again tomorrow.

The API is documented w/ working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. Happy to be a reference. Renewed without hesitation .

They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. The support desk exports clean CSV and the column names haave not changed in two years of us scripting against it. Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. Long may it continue. Would onboard with them again tomorrow.
