Switzerlandnot bad, not great
Spice mix has a good aroma but I found it salty.. I cuut the salt in my recipe by half and it was still strong. Might suit people who like it punchy.

United Kingdomnice but sweeter than expected
I bought the cranberry sauce for a roast. It's tasty, though much sweeter than the description implied. Fine on turkey sandwiches, less so on a plain plate.

United Kingdomlate and warm
Chilled items arrived after dark and the cool packs were liquid. I wasn't comfortable eating the chicken so threw it. They replied apologetically but the damage were done.

I am sorry you had to chase this for seven weeks. Your emails were landing in a shared inbox that nobody owned after a staff change. The refund is paid and the inbox now has a named owner. — Marta, Customer Service Lead Thanks again, Sophie

United Statesbetter than the supermarket stuff
Olive oil with a peppery kick at the back of the throat. Bottle is dark glass and came packed in shredded paper.

They refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.

MalaysiaA pleasant surprise
Ordered on a whim after a long day. samosa kit, frozen, came with dry ice and a leaflet about reheating in the oven rather than microwaving. followed it and the pastry came out crisp. my husband had five.
