Ordered on a whim after a long day. samosa kit, frozen, came with dry ice and a leaflet about reheating in the oven rather than microwaving. followed it and the pastry came out crisp. my husband had five.

I ordered the single-origin coffee as a gift and they wrote the message card by hand and included a tasting sheet. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. They pack the bottles in moulded card with a sealed inner bag, and nothing has ever leaked in nine orders. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. The salt flakes are proper pyramids rather than dust at the bottom of a tub. Exactly what I hoped for.

I expected a so-so kombucha from a small business. This ginger one is properly fizzy , tangy, no wierd aftertaste. I put the bottles in the fridge striaght away as the leaflet said & they opened with a nice hiss. Will be subscribing....
