BrazilThe fountain pen has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. They honoured a pricr I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The desk pad is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag.
United KingdomThe nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box w/ no adjustment. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The index card box has survived a year in a rucksack, and the cover corners have not frayed. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Would buy again tomorrow.
