Customer service rang me back…

The dot grid journal has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would

works well

Ink cartridges fit my pen and write smoothly. A few clogged first use.

Noted on the care label. We have changed the recommended wash temperature after testing it ourselves. Tom and the team

Good & speedy

Next-day dispatch on a textbook I needed in a rush . Corner a bit scuffed but who cares.

The courier note said they…

The pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come loose. Delivery took 4, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The hardback notebook opens flat to the spine because it is properly section sewn rather than glued. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

wrong edition

asked for the revised edition and got the old one. Customer service apologised but wanted me to pay return postage, which defeated the point of buying from them.

Sorry the sizing was so far out. That supplier shipped us a run cut to the wrong pattern. We are recalling the batch, your return is free and the refund is already paid. — Chloe, Warehouse Manager Anna and the team

I like it, but the page numbering stops at two hundred and the book has two hundred and forty. The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step. Would still buy again.

The mechanical pencil arrived with a card…

The mechanical pencil arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen befode first use. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the encloosed invoice without me asking. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. They noticed I had orderd a duplicate by mistake and emaield to check before shipping. The calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone worng, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Recommended to two friends already.

Will order again

The sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted . I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Will order again.

ideal como regalo

Escribieron la tarjeta a mano y la factura no incluía el precio, sin que yo lo pidiera.
