South AfricaThe colour of the serum has not turned orange by the end of the bottle, so the formula is actually stabilised. They noticed i had orderd a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Exactly what I hoped for.
NorwayThe texture of the mineral sunscreen is light enough for July and rich enough for January, which I have now tested in both. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Pleased I took the chance.
United KingdomA pea-sized amount covers face and neck, so the small bottle is not the false economy it looks like. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. Decanted into a dark glass bottle, dated on the base, and sealed; it arrived unoxidised.
IrelandPatch tested on the inner arm for 6 as the leaflet suggests and had no reaction at all. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage which has never happened before..
IrelandThe scalp treatment does not clog my pores and I have the kind of skin that clogs if I look at an oil. The parcel fitted through the letterbox which saved me a trip to a depot. Delivery was 9 and the box included a cool pack because it was a warm week, unprompted.Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The exfoliating acid liquid is unscented and does not sting the skin around my eyes, which rules out almost everythijg else on the market. Email supporg answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions firsst. Thank you. .
