ItalyGenuinely heirloom quality. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The towels are still absorbent after twenty washes and have not gone that stiff, waxy way cheap cotton does. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Already ordered a second. .
