United KingdomThe cot mattress is solid wood with a water-based finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 2. Delivery was 12 and the box was plain, which mattered because it was a SURPRISE for a baby shower. Bought one for my sister too.
United Kingdomone hand, done.
CzechiaDeset dní čekání. Dostal jsem co jsem objednal na kvalitu si nestěžuju ale na čas ano.
NorwayFar smallr than shown.
I apologise for the eight-week wait. A payment on our side had failed and nobody told you or chased it, which is our job, not yours. It is settled and I have added a weekly check. — Alex, Finance - the team
United StatesThe toddler plate set meets the British safety standard and the certificate number is printed on the label, not just claimed on the website. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
CzechiaThe baby carrier wipes clean in one pass and there are no seams for food to get trapped in.Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.
ItalyArrivato in orario.
NetherlandsI ordered a wooden dollhouse for my niece's fifth birthday. one of the little furniture pieces was missing, so I emailed the shop on a Friday evening. they answered on Saturday morning, sent a replacement piece in the post and included a bonus tiny cat. The house itself is lovely and well painted, but there are a couple of rough edges that needed sanding before I felt comfortable giving it to a child.
IrelandThey replaced a cracked tray without asking for the receipt because the moulding was clearly at fault. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. The plates have a suction base that holds on a wooden table and releases with a tab rather than a wrench. Can't fault it.
United Kingdomordered a pack of sleeping bags for a sleepover for six eight-year-olds.All six were the same quality, soft inside, with a zipper that doesn't catch. They packed small into their own sacks and the girls loved the prints. Parents have since asked where we found them. Quick delivery and neat packing.
