A embalagem tinha um pequeno risco, mas o produto estava intacto. Mesmo assim enviei email e agradeceram, com desconto na proxima compra.
NetherlandsKwaliteit valt tegen. Na twee wasburten is de trui verveld.
I am sorry you had to chase this for seven weeks. Your emails were landing in a shared inbox that nobody owned after a staff change. The refund is paid and the inbox now has a named owner. — Marta, Customer Service Lead Tom

United KingdomThe cot mattress has a tog rating stated and a room temperature guide printed on the label itself. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. I have used the nappy bag for two babies and the straps still adjust smoothly with no fraying. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.
United StatesWith our second baby we wanted fewer, better things. I bought a baby sling, a reusable swim nappy, a set of cloth wipes and a muslin-lined sleeping bag. Every item has been used daily, and the quality is evident: stitching is neat, fabric washes well and hasn't gone bobbly. The sling is wonderful for the toddler stage too, as it adjusts. The shop delivered everything in recycled packaging, and when I asked how to fold the sling properly they sent a short video within an hour. I'm already planning a bigger order for when the baby turns one.
Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. - Callum (support)

Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Warmly, Lucy
PolandA neighbour pointed me to this shop when I was buying for my twin girls' second birthday. I ordered two matching toy prams and some doll accessories. Both prams arrived intact, one assembled in minutes, the other needed the wheel pressed in, which I managed alone. The twins have been parading them up and down the corridor ever since, and the fabric hoods are decent quality. The shop sent a spare wheel cap with the parcel, probably expecting someone to lose one. Careful, attentive packing and a great price for two. I'd happily recommend them.
FinlandKokoa mietin pitkään, mutta tilasin tavallisen 39:n ja ne istuvat täydellisesti. Ei hiertymiä edds pitkän kävelyn jälkeen.
ItalyThe lightweight pushchair has survived a nursery, a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. I asked about the gap width on the stair gate for a narrow hallway and they sent the extension kit free!!!
United StatesWe built a reading corner for our five-year-old with a small bookshelf, a floor cushion and a lamp. The front-facing shelf shows covers, so he picks books himself. Cushion cover is removable, the lamp is dimmable. Everything were packed carefully and the parts fit. He now asks for bedtime stories in his own corner every night.
