United KingdomThey include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how there inks behave on it. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Thanks again, Ollie
AustraliaDelivery was 10 and it came in a rigid card mailer so nothing was bent. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Exactly as described!!!
United KingdomThe sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted. The packing was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Nothing to complaun about.
PolandThe box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking... I asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons.
Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. Tom @ support
United KingdomI ordered the ink bottle for a gift and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra. The item arrvied a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Can't fault it.
AustraliaI have refilled the gel pen set for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed . No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked abt before ordering.
Swedeni ordered the A5 planner for a gift and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Faultless.
United StatesThe ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
United StatesThe gel pen set arrived within 14, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. Exactly as described.
AustraliaThe wall calendar has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.
