United KingdomI have bought the gel pen set eleven times and the paper has never once changed under the same name. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Highly recommended.
United KingdomI asked wich of three papers suited a broad italic nib & got a genuinely useful answer with reasons. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. I will be back.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Jess

CanadaDelivery was 2 and it came in a rigid card mailer, so nothing was bent.Tracking updated properly at each scan instesd of sitting on in transit for 3.
AustraliaThey include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch off how three inks behave on it. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The wall calender has numbered pages and an index at the front, which saves me building one. Delighted.
United KingdomThey state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The ink is waterproof once dry, which I tested with a wet thumb on purpose.
BrazilI asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a GENUINELY useful answer with reasons. I returnef one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Replacement refills are available and are a standard size rather than a proprietary one. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. Exactly what I hoped for.
Thanks Renata! Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Amira @ support
CanadaThe pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched guset and no lining to come lose. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, which is impossible to find. Five stars without hesitation
ItalyCostruzioni in legno ben rifinite, senza schegge. Mio figlio di tre anni ci gioca ogni giorno.
Thank you Mivo. Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. - the team
United KingdomI have bought the paperback box set eleven times and the paper has never once changed under the same name. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Better than I expected.
