IrelandThe ink bottle is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want . They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it.
NorwayFrøene kom i fine små poser med tydelig dyrkingsråd - Allerede sppirt eyter en uke på vinduskarmen.
United StatesThe sketchbook has numbered pages and an index at the front, wich saves me building one. packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. the dot grid journal arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week .
TürkiyeÜc şarj kablosu aldim, ücü de sorunsuz calişiyor. Örgülü, dolanmiyor. Pakette gereksiz plastik yoktu!!
United Statesdelivery was 4 & it came in a rigid card mailer so nothing was bent. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. They state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying.
United KingdomThe planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, which is impossible to find. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I have refilled the ink bottle for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. Ellie, customer care
CanadaThe fountain pen has a ribbon marker, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 9. They state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. Exactly what I hoped for.
Germanythe wall calendar is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and an dot pale enough to disappear. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage which has never happened before.
United Statesi have bought the bookbinding kit eleven times and the paper has never once chagned under the same name. a missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon i reported it ..
United KingdomThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. I have refilled the archival photo album for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed. A rare good experience.
Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. Tom and the team
