Moleskine sells notebooks, pens and cards.
South AfricaThe ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. This is how it should be done.
Brazilthe calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver. I asked a slightly sttupid question and got a kind, clear aswer rather than a copy-and-paste
MexicoThe A5 planner is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and an dot pale enouugh to disappear. The parceeel fitted through the letterbox which saved me a trip to a depot. The box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. A keeper.

CanadaThe leather pencil case has a page marker ribbon that are long enough to actually use. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. I have bought the gel pen set eleven times and the paper has never once changed under the same name. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check beofre shipping. This is how it should be done.
United Kingdomthe archival photo album has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. they honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had goone up. The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, wich is impossible to find. Shall be a regular
IndiaSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The paperback box set opens flat to the spine because it is properly section sewn rather than glued. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come loose. Exactly as described.
IndiaThe pencil caaaase is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come loose.Tracking updated properly at each scaaan instead of sitting on in transit for 7.
United Arab EmiratesThe mechanical pencil has numbered pages & an index at the front, which saves me building one. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.
South AfricaThe nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Will order again.
