Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 7. The index card box is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear.
