CzechiaI ordered the clay mask for my teenager and the fact that it is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic has settled a year of arguing. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The glass bottle is recyclable and the pump unscrews so you can separate the plastic properly.

Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. Beth and the team
United StatesGlass bottles wrapped individually nothing leaked. Took four days.
NetherlandsFoundation shade match waaas spot on after I emailed a photo.
PolandLip balm that doesnt feel waxy.
ItalyPreso per il compleanno di mia nipote, è stato il pezzo forte della festa. Confezione già regallo, non ho dovuto fare niente tbh
United StatesWorks nicely, dries a touch tight. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. Works, but the smell is medicinal. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed.
GermanyNo problems with the item; deivery took 5 and I had expected two. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Decent results, slow postage. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I ordered and they would not adjust it. Service was fine; the refund for a duplicate order took 7 to appear. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon.
Canadanothing leaked in transit because each bottle was taped at the collar and bagged separately. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.
FranceC'est ma deuxième commande en six mois et la qualité est identique. C'est ce qui me fera revenir.
