AustraliaBody lotion absorbed quickly. I'd like a pump instead of the squeeze tube.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post.
New Zealandgood value in the large size; the small size is poor value by comparison and they do not make that obvious.
MalaysiaSkin is genuinely calmer.
CzechiaI ordered the clay mask for my teenager and the fact that it is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic has settled a year of arguing. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The glass bottle is recyclable and the pump unscrews so you can separate the plastic properly.
United StatesWorks nicely, dries a touch tight. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. Works, but the smell is medicinal. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed.
Canadanothing leaked in transit because each bottle was taped at the collar and bagged separately. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.
