The texture of the exfoliating acid liquid is nothing like the previous bottle; it is watery and separates immediately. charged for exxpress delivery, shipped on the slowest service, and refused to refund the difference. Deeply disappointing.

They took payment and then emailed 6 later to…
They took payment and then emailed 6 later to say the item had been out of stock the whole time. Order was cancelled without notice and I found out when the tracking disappeared. Pump never worked at all. After 8 of silence I opened a card dispute, which is the only thing that got a response. Charged twice, refunded once, still chasing the difference after two months.
