The leather watch strap is heavier in the hand than the pictures suggest, in the good way. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The ring band is comfortable on the inside edge because it is domed rather than flat. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I have bought three things from them now and the finish has been identical on all three. A rare good experience.

No notes

Their photographs are honest; the colour of the stone is exactly what turned up. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. No notes.

Nothing to complain about

The pearls are knotted individually between each one, which is the detail that makes it last. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Support offered to replace a lost earring from the pair at the single-earring price, which I had not thought to ask. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Nothing to complain about.

The leather watch strap has been worn daily for fourteen months, including in the shower, and the plating has not worn thru anywhere. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. I asked whether the tennis bracelet would suit sensitive ears and they confirmed the posts are solid titanium, wich they are. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.

I asked whether the silver chain would suit sensitive ears and they confirmed the posts are solid titanium, which they are. the item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. the silver chain was made to order in three weeks and they sent a photograph before dispatch for approval. the packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delighted.

i had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.

The birthstone ring is heavier in the hand than the pictures suggest in the good way. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot.

Support offered to replace a lost earring from the pair at the single-earring price, which I had not thought to ask. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The engraved pendant arrived with a spare set of silicone backs and the screw-back posts tighten properly. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope.

Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Warmly, Sam
