There's a tiny scratch on the clasp. I only noticed under light. Otherwise very happy.

MexicoI have no criticism at all
the cufflinks have a proper swivel back that goes thru a double cuff without a struggle. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The watch winder does not catch on knitwear cos the setting sits low and the edges are rounded. I have no criticism at all.

The clasp on the chain are a proper bolt ring with a soldered jump ring rather than a bent loop - The parcel fitted through the letterbox , which saved me a trip to a depot. Hallmarked, as promised. Highly recommended.
