United KingdomThe ring band is comfortable on the inside edge because it is domed rather than flat. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delivery was signed for, insured and arrived in 5 in plain packaging.
Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. Warmly, Katie
FranceI had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.

CanadaI have bought three things from them now and the finish has been identical on all three. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Shall be a regular.
GermanyThe silver chain was made to order in three weeks and they sent a photograph before dispatch for approval. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss.
United StatesNo tarnish in a year.
United KingdomThe watch came regulated and with the date set, running, which saved an afternoon. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Nothing but good things to say.
United StatesThe engraved pendant was engraved exactly as I typed it, including the slightly odd punctuation, aaand the depth is even. Delivery took 4, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening beefore.
Spainthe pearl necklace arrived with a spare set of silicone backs and the screw-back posts tighten properly. they flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. the stud earring pair does not catch on knitwear becuase the setting sits low and the edges are rounded. support replied in under twenty minutes on a saturday. the bangle has a safety catcch as well as the hinge, which is the only reason i still own it.
Irelandthe cufflink pair has survived two years of my job, wich involves my hands in water all day. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
