I am sorry. The returns address we gave you was a warehouse we left in March and the label was still in circulation. Your parcel has been found, you are refunded, and the old labels are destroyed. — Marta, Customer Service Lead
Os girassóis nasceram quase todos. ESCOpHI por causa das instruções claras no pacote!!!!
BelgiumElastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening.
United KingdomThe care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the denim jacket is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. Thank you.
SwitzerlandFits well and washes well, but the pattern are noticeably off-centre at the front seam. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thjng. I like it, but the fabric creases the moment you sit down and no amount of steaming settles it.
Hi Giulia, Noted on the care label. We have changed the recommended wash temperature after testing it ourselves. Regards, Priya
MalaysiaI have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the silk scarf on the strength of it. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Recommended to two friends already.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it.
SingaporeReturns label was already in the box, prepaid, & the refund for the size I sent back landed in 3. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me hanvg to chase it once. Washed the pleated midi skirt at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not SHRUNK a millimetre against my own tape measure.
United Kingdomi bought the wide-leg jumpsuit for a wedding with nine days to spare and it arrvied in 7, so the panic was unnecessary.
PolandStol jadalniany z litego drewna, zdecydowanie ciezszy niz sie spodziewalem, ale to dobrze Dostawa w dwoch paczkach, panowie wniesli na trzecie pietro bez marudzenia. Nozki dopasowane idealnie, zadnego bujania.
Singaporehems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Would buy again tomorrow.
