The linen shirt has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.

Belgiumhonest sizing for once
The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. Delivery took 7, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. Thank you.

Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening.

The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the denim jacket is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. Thank you.

Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, & the refund for the size I sent back landed in 3. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me hanvg to chase it once. Washed the pleated midi skirt at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not SHRUNK a millimetre against my own tape measure.
