The mat has survived eighteen months of daily use and still has grip when my hands are wet. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The dumbbells change weight in two secounds and have not dropped a plate in a year of use. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Highly recommended.

The sleeping bag's comfort rating matches reality rather than the limit figure that most shops quote. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs . The harness came with the manufacture date and the inspection sheet in the bag, which is exactly what you want on safety kit. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Shall be a regular.

After knee surgery i was told to build strength slowly. I bought a set of ankle weights a stability ball and a pair of supportive trainers. The physiotherapist looked at the trainers and nodded, which is rare. I've been using the ball for balance and the weights for leg raises. Pain is down and I'm walking longer. It's a bit out of the ordinary to praise a shop for helping you recover, but the sizing advice by chat, with a real person, made the first step easier.
