The down jacket has done a full season of weekends on hill and towpath without a stitch giving way. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.

I have put the gym bag thru a season of club training and the stitching at the stress poings has not moved. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Five stars without hesitation.

United Stateslearning to skiiii at forty
I started skiing late in life and the thought of buying kit was daunting. I wrote to the shop with my height, weight and the fact that I'd only done two days on the slopes. A real person replied with a short explainer on boot flex, helmets, and why not to buy skis yet, just rent them. I bought boots, helmet, goggles and thermal layers. the boots are snug yet comfortable all day, the helmet is light, and the goggles haven't fogged once. i felt confident from the first run. advice that wasn't aimed at selling me more was refreshing.

They include a patch kit and the glue was still usable eight months later. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The head torch dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day.

United Kingdomgreat little shop
Shop emailed to say the colour I ordered was out of stock and asked if the alternative shade was okay. Appreciated that honesty. The running vest fits well and doesn't bounce at all.

Brazila proper day pack
I did a three day trek with this rucksack and my shoulders held up better than they ever did on my old one. The hip belt carries the weight, the back panel breathes, and the rain cover stays put in wind. The adjustable torso length meant I could get the fit right with the shop's advice. Only trivial wish is a second side pocket. Delivery arrived in two working days!!!

United Statestrail runner approved
Soft flasks for trail running, 500 ml each, with a little spout that doesn't leak. Fit the front pockets of my vest. After four races they still look new and don't taste of plastic.

Posliini on ohutta mutta tuntuu vahvalta, ja savy on rauhallinen. saapuivat hyvin pakattuina, jokainen lautanen erikseen paperin sisalla !
