the travel crate held up to a chewer for a year and the seams are still intact. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Vet asked where I got it. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The padding is a single slab of foam rather than shredded chips, so it has not developed a dip in the middle. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make u add something you do not want.
