Replacement covers are sold separately, which is the only reason this bed is still in use. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Stitching on the lead is baaar-tacked at both ends and the clip is a proper screw-gate rather than a trigger snap. Faultless.

packaging was a plain card box, the kibble was double-bagged, and nothing had split in transit - Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3.

The raincoat covers the belly as well, as the back, which is the half most of them miss. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. I have bought the dog raincoat three times for three dogs and it has never let me down.

the travel crate held up to a chewer for a year and the seams are still intact. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Vet asked where I got it. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The padding is a single slab of foam rather than shredded chips, so it has not developed a dip in the middle. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make u add something you do not want.
