zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. customer service rang me back when they saiiiid they would, at the time they said they would. no stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. the parcel fitted thru the letterbox, which saved me an trip to a depot. five stars without hesitation.
