Dress is nice but it took nearly two weeks and the tracking stopped updating for five days. Support did respond when I asked with an apology, but I neeeded it for a trip and didn't wear it.

Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is raare; the mustard is actually mustard & not a washed-out beige. Already ordered a second.

The waterproof parka arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The pleated midi skirt has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not!!
