Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. I ordered the tailored blazer in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling.

Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. Will order again.
