got matching holiday pyjamas for the four of us, sized from toddler to tall adult. All came in a single parcel, all fit, and the print survived the first wash without cracking. Kids refused to take them off for breakfast.

Returns label was already in the box, prepaid,, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 2. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorsteep before lunch the next day. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols.

Asked about the drop between chest and waist on the corduroy shirt and got a reply w/ actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. The box was the right size for the contetns, which is rarer than it should be.
