Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Callum, customer care

i asked about sizing for a deep-chested breed and got measurements and a suggestion to go up a size, which was right. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The toy has lasted 2 with a terrier who destroys everything in an afternoon.

United Statesgood with minor issues
Ordered two bowls and one had a tiny chip in the glaze. Support sent a replacement and told me to keep the chipped one for the garden birds. Fair enough!

Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered. Warmly, Rosie

The scratching post is sisal rope wound tightly to the top rather than carpet stapled on, and it has lasted. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. He actually walks nicely in it. A keeper.
