United KingdomThe cat scratching post has been through a house move, two cats and a flood and is still the best thing in the house. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Kibble pieces are small enough for a senior with three teeth left, and they say so on the page. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday.

United KingdomThe brush pulls out undercoat without scratching the skin, and the release button actually works. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. A rare good experience.
