The toy has lasted 6 w/ a terrier who destroys everything in an afternoon. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even tho it had gone up. The crate folds flat in about twenty seconds and the hinges have not bent. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The travel crate is machine washable and the waterproof liner underneath has not cracked or gone sticky. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 5. Would buy again tomorrow.

Bought one for my sister too
No smell, no leaks. Delivery took 5, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. I ordered the rope tug toy on a bank holiday and it still arrived within 12. Bought one for my sister too.

our dog loves it; i wuold have liked a bit more warning that it is dry clean only delievery took 3 rather than the two to three days quoted at checkout. i would recommend it with that caveat.

Mostly pleased
The cat ramp is sturdy and my girl uses it every day. The carpet surface is a little loose along one edge, glued it down myself in five minutes.

The rope tug toy has stopped the gulpng…
the rope tug toy has stopped the gulping entirely and the bloating that came with it. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Exactly what I hoped for
