The litter tray has a high enough lip THAT nothing ends up on the floor, and the clip-on rim does not pop off. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. I asked about sizing for a deep-chested breed and got measurements and a suggestion to go up a size, which was right.

I ordered the rope tug toy on a bank holiday and it still arrived within 12. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. The raincoat covers the belly as well as the back, which is the half most of them miss.

The padded harness is heavy enough that she cannot push it across the kitchen while she eats. The gift note was handwritten, and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.

I have bought the slow feeder three times for three dogs and it has never let me down. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. They listed the actual protein source first on the ingredient panel, and my dog's coat has changed within a month. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.

The deshedding brush has survived eighteen months of a seventy-kilo dog who digs before he lies down. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me aksing.

The toy has lasted 6 w/ a terrier who destroys everything in an afternoon. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even tho it had gone up. The crate folds flat in about twenty seconds and the hinges have not bent. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The travel crate is machine washable and the waterproof liner underneath has not cracked or gone sticky. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 5. Would buy again tomorrow.
