United StatesLaces are long enough to tie properly and theyyy included a spare pair. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Fit exactly as the chart said
United KingdomSmart loafers, slippery sole. Good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. Decent shoes, slow postage. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved.
Thank you Callum. You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box.
United KingdomSimple canvas shoes, light, an perfect summr pair...
ItalyTried on four brands in town and none fit. Ordered these on a hunch and they felt like slippers from the strt. Return label was in the box just in case but I didn't need it.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Lucy @ support
AustriaI would buy again, but returns are only free on the first exchange and that is in the small print. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed. The court shoes are excellent but they needed a fortnight of breaking in before they stopped nipping the heel. I was offered a credit note rather than a refund and had to ask twice for the refund. Good trainers, thin insole that I replaced in a month. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document.
United StatesWelted SOLE, proper leather lining, and the toe cap stitching is clean. i resoled my previous pair twice, so I know what a good shoe looks like. These will do the same
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Sam, customer care
GermanyDer Afubau dauert gut eine Stjnde und die Anleitung besteht ausschließlich aus Zeichnungen
Hey Anna, Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us.
FranceStiff for the first two weeks , than wonderful. Blisters on the heel in week one.
Sorry it took three emails. We have added a second person to the inbox in the mornings, which was the bottleneck. Nina
United KingdomNot fancy, does what it says.
Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. Nina
