Onboarding was quoted at three weeks and we were still not live after 14. The strategy document was clearly a template with our company name substituted in. Support tickets go unanswered for a week and are then closed as stale.

We were sold a dedicated account manager and have had five in eight months. The campaign strategy document lost three months of historical data in a migration and there was no backup. Moving to another supplier in January.
