The steriliser cycle is six minutes and it actually is six minutes. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The cover unzips and washes at sixty, which w/ a reflux baby is the only specification that matters. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Faultless.
