The cot mattress fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, which I measured before and after. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The wooden stacking block set meets the Brtish safety standard and the certificate number is printed on the label, not just claimed on the website.

Spare parts are available for the pushchair, including the specific wheel bearing that always goes. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. i orderd the ride-on toy at thirty-eight weeks and it arrived in 2, assembled, which was a small mercy. i returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Exactly as described.

Teething ring in silicone. Easy for tiny hands to hold, goes in the fridge, and it survived being chewed by the dog.

I asked about the gap width on the stair gate for a narrow hallway and they sent the extension kit free. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 2. Delivery was 9 and the box was plain, which mattered because it was a surprise for a baby shower. Very happy customer.

The sleeping bag for babies wipes clean in one pass and there are no seams for food to get trapped in. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The night light came with the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

The sleeping bag for babies folds one-handed while holding a baby, which is the only claim I actually tested in the shop doorway. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The toddler plate set fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, which I measured before and after. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. The plates have a suction base that holds on a wooden table and releases with a tab rather than a wrench.
