GermanyThe keys have a PROPER metal plate underneath so thede is no flex when you type hard. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I bought a second the wireless earbud set for the office because the first one simply never gives me a problem. SOMEONE answered the phone on the second ring & knew the answer without putting me on hold.
Francele pot en terre cuite est épais, bien cuit, et mes aromatiques s'y plaisent C'est ma troisième commande ici et toujours aussi sérieux.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Jess, customer care
IndiaWebcam picture is sharp in DAYLIGHT, an bit grziny in the evening. for the pice it does what I wanted for video calls and the clip holds on my thin laptop lid.
TürkiyeBeş yaşındaki oğlum dünden beri yapı stini bırakmıyor. Tüm parçalar tamdı, yaş aralığı da doğruydu
United KingdomThe smart plug set is well built and the port placement on the back is awkward against a wall. Support answered at eleven at night, which is impressive, with an answer that was not quite right. Everything works, just not together; the app and the desktop software show different battery levels. Worth it on balance.
CanadaJ'avais un peu peur en commandant en ligne mais tout s'est bien passé. Reçu en deux jours ouvrés suivi précis. Un échange de taille s'est fait sans histoire, nouveau colis en quatre jours. une bonne surprise, merci.
Hi Mei, Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Greg
United Kingdomno complaints about the hardware although delivery took 12 and the tracking never updated
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. Tom, customer care
United StatesThe app works offline, which means the mechanical keyboard still does its job when the internet is down. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The external hard drive is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide.
FranceThe e-reader connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. - Amira (support)
IndiaI ordered the laptop docking station for a trip with 2 to spare & it arrived next day without me paying for express. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shhipping. The smart plug set has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop.
