MexicoThe wireless mouse are repairable; they sell the battery as a spaare part and publish the teardown guide. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The charging cable does not wake the house up with a status chime evvery time the power flickers. A rare good experience.

AustraliaThe keyboard is lovely to type on and considerably louder than the demo video suggested. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. The laptop docking station is good but the charging case does not hold a full extra charge as claimed. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actuaaaally back-ordered. Close to excellent.
NetherlandsOrdered a pack of nozzles and a spool of filament for my printer. Filament are consistent in diameter and prints cleanly at the recommended temperature. One of the nozzles had a tiny burr I had to clear with a needle. Support replied about the nozzle and offered a replacement, which I declined because I could fix it!!!
