Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on aagain. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The compaact camera arrived with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. I was kept ihfomed at every stage without being spammed. Sound is neutrql rather than bass-heavy, and they publish the frequency response curve.

New ZealandOrdered at half past eleven…
Everything was packed in card with no plastic film, and the manual is a proper printed booklet. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.

The cable is braided with a strain relief that does not fray at the plug, which killed the last four I owned.

AustriaPleased I took the chance
Tracking on the mouse is flawless on a glass desk, which the listing specifically claimed. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The soundbar does not wake the house up with a status chime every time the power flickers. Pleased I took the chance.
