United KingdomZips are chunky and double-ended and they have not jammed once in a winter of use. Order confirmation dispatch and delivery notices and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Reflective detail is in sensible places rather than one token strip on the back of the collar. Nothing to complain about.
United KingdomThe pack carries twelve kilos without the hip belt digging in, loaded exactly as I would for a long day. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. Ordered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrived in 3 w/ time to try it on.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. - Greg (support)
Canadathe head torch has a genuine red mode that does not flash white first and ruin your night vision. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The hydration pack dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the encloosed invoice without me asking.
Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Beth
United KingdomI entered my first fifty kilometre trail race and wanted lightweight poles, a headtorch with enough battery for a night section, and a spare set of insoles. I'd compared several shops and picked this one because of detailed specs and honest photos. Poles fold into a tiny bundle and clip smoothly, the torch lasted the full night on medium, and the insoles took pressure off my arches. I finished in the top half, wich is a win for me. Packaging was minimal and all-recyclable. They even emailed to wish me luck before the race.
BelgiumZe raadden me het duurdere model af omdat het vooor mijn gberuik niets toevoegde.

United StatesThe adjustable dumbbell pair has done a full season off weekends on hill and towpath witthout a stitch giving way. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The mat has survived eighteen months of daily use and still has grip when my hands are wet.
SingaporeI coach a youth football club & orderd cones, bibs, a ball pump, two goalkeeper gloves & a set of agility ladders in one big order.Everything arrvied together, labelled, and the bibs are thicker than the ones we were using. Cones stack neatly and don't crack in the cold. Parents keep asking where the gear is from. When one pump needle was missing, they posted a pair of spares without being asked twice. I will definitely order again at the start of next season.
Germanythe tent went up in under four minutes in an crosswid on the first attempt , with the pole order printed on the bag. shall be a regular.
