second purchase went better

The first jacket I ordered didn't fit across the shoulders, and I returned it. The shop's returns process was easy and they credited the amount within three days, so I ordered a bigger size. This one is great: lightweight, packs into its own pocket, the hood fits over a helmet. I keep it in my cycling bag for unpredictable weather. If the first order had been right I'd have given five stars, but honestly the returns experience persuaded me to try again. Neither bad nor perfect, but they earn trust.

Comfortable from the first run

Comfortable from the first run.Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Poles lock under load with a simple lever rather than a twist mechanism that slips. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.

good gear, patchy sizing

The hoodie is warm and the fabric is soft, but sizing was inconsistent compared with their chart. I ordered a medium and it fits like a large. An exchange was painless and the staff were kind about it. Nice little brand with decent materials.

good tent, tricky peegs

Two-person tent pitched easily, kept out a drizzle, and has two porches. Pegs are on the thin side and bent in hard ground, so I swapped them for stronger ones.

the trekking pole set is excellent but the…

The TREKKING pole set is excelent but the sizing runs small and I needed a half size up from my usual.I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. The resistance bands are GOOD quality and the printed resistance numbers rubbed off in a month. The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step.
