Czechiasecond purchase went better
The first jacket I ordered didn't fit across the shoulders, and I returned it. The shop's returns process was easy and they credited the amount within three days, so I ordered a bigger size. This one is great: lightweight, packs into its own pocket, the hood fits over a helmet. I keep it in my cycling bag for unpredictable weather. If the first order had been right I'd have given five stars, but honestly the returns experience persuaded me to try again. Neither bad nor perfect, but they earn trust.

Ordered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrived in 7 with time to try it on. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. The harness came with the manufacture date and the inspection sheet in the bag, which is exactly what you want on safety kit. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The pack carries twelve kilos without the hip belt digging in, loaded exactly as I would for a long day. I ased a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Would buy again tomorrow.

Malaysianot for heavy users
resietance bands are fine for light pyhsio, but the thinnest snapped after two weeks of daily use. The thicker ones are holding up. Shhop apologised and sent another band.
