surf trip saved

Two days before a surf trip my wetsuit zip broke - I rang the shop in a panic and the person who answered said they'd dispatch a replacement that same day with express delivery. It arrived the next afternoon, one day before the fligjt. The suit are flexible in the arms, warm enough for early spring water and doesn't rub under the arms . I tested it on the beach and it kept me out for nearly two huors. Genuinely grateful, because it rescued the whole holiday for me and my brothers. We've since bought boards from the same place.

I have had three pairs of the head torch now…

I have had three pairs of the head torch now and the fit has been identical across all three, which matters more than anything else. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Nothing squeaks, nothing rubs. Delivery took 12, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The hydration pack has handled chlorine three times a week since January with no clouding and no perished seal. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. A keeper.

orienteering for the family

We took up orienteering as a family hobby and needed compasses, map cases and sturdy gaiters for four people, ages seven to forty-eight. The compasses are accurate and have a clear ruler edge, the map cases are waterproof and the gaiters stayed up through brambles. The shop packed each item with a label showing who it was for, which kept the kids from squabbling at the door. Delivery took only two days. We've used everything over eight weekends in different weather, and nothing leaks or sticks. The seven-year-old now insists on reading the map.
