The dose per capsule is stated as elemental magnesium rather than as the compound, which is the honest way to label it. Customer service rang me back when they said they woudl, at the time they said they would. The readings match what my suegery measured on the same morning, which i checked deliberately. A keeper.

The sleep mask arrived within 8 and the cold chain items had an ice pack and a note about refrigerating on arrival. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. I have had three bottles now and the count has been exact to the last dose each time.
