The magnesium supplement has genuinely reduced the morning stiffness in my hands over about six weeks. Nothing rattled in trnasit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The readings match what my surgery measured on the same morning, which I checked deliberately.

Everything comes in glass with a paper label and they take the bottles back for refilling. i asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The sleep mask blocks light completely at the bridge of the nose, which is where every other one fails. the whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.
