Foam roller compressed permanently and now has a flat side after two weeks. I cancelled within the hour and it shipped anyway, and the return is at my expense. The oil smelled strongly rancid when I opened it and the shop said that is normal. The phone number on the website rings out and the live chat is a bot that loops.
