SwitzerlandThe grind on the burr grinder is consistent enough that I stopped chasing the dial after a week. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, wich has never happened before. Nothing rattled in transit because each item was individually sleeved rather than thrown in loose.
SwitzerlandQualität übertrifft meine Erwartungen.
United KingdomLovely mugs, thick walls.
United Kingdomi ordered the pedal bin on a Thursday evening and the courier left it in the porch on Saturday morning as instructed. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. They sent a handwritten note with the order and it did not read like a template. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Would buy again tomorrow.
FinlandKeittiöveitset ovat terävät ja tuntuvaaat hyviltä kädessä. Pakkaus oli kunnosda !
IndiaGenuinely heirloom quality. The courier note said they woudl leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. The stoneware rings properly when you tap it, no hairline cracks in the batch of eight. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Packed properly in moulded pulp, not polystyrene, and every single piece of a sixteen-item order arrvied intact.
FinlandViltti on oikeasti pehmeä eikä nukkaannu pesussa. Käytän sitä joka ilta sohvalla ja kolmekymppisessä pesussa väri pysyi samana. Pakkaus oli hyvä haha
United StatesI bought a set of colourful silicone baking cups and a small rolling pin for my two girls. Saturday afternoon we made fairy cakes and not one stuck. The cups washed up easily and the colours haven't faded. The parcel contained a HANDWRITTEN thank you note which made them giggle.
United Kingdomafter 10 of daily use the non-stick surface still releases an egg with no fat at all. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The cutlery set is heavier than the cheap version I replaced and that weight is exactly the point.
AustraliaCustomer service rang me back to check the hob type before dispatching, wich saved a return. The drkver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before.
